Initial Visit 

Initial visit includes a full body assessment, treatment and plan of care to determine and resolve the root cause of pain and discomfort.

Preventative Plan

Recovery Plan consists of weekly 60-minute customized Bodywork enhanced with 3 recovery amenities per month. GOAL // Reset - decrease pain and release tension. Progress to Maintenance Plan. 

Maintenance Plan consists of bi-weekly 60-minute customized Bodywork enhanced with 2 recovery amenities per month. GOAL // Rehab - improve mobility and stability. Progress to Preventative Plan. 

Preventative Plan consists of monthly 60-minute customized Bodywork enhanced with 1 recovery amenity per month. GOAL // Restore - maximize strength & performance and maintain over all wellness
